Marvin my 62 beetle is out of the paint shop and and the mechanic's fixing up the electrical.
I sure hope I can get it running in time...

Bugger... I have something on that weekend.....Would have been great to get to take the beetle out 1 last time before the its rebuild....

Yeah, it was a shame about the fuel pump, but I did gain an interesting lesson on how to disassemble and reassemble a fuel pump on the side of the road. Thanks for the lesson 57Oval.

I was thinking of something local for all the sydney sider, drive to the gong or a surrounding beach side suburb (ie thirroul, bulli) get some pub grub and have a chat and drive back through coalcliff and the national park.
