Was a nice morning. Perfect weather and good effort for a first year. The organizers actually seemed happy to have a variety of cars there, and when leaving took the time to invite you to attend next year.
The fact that my car was Australian built must of escaped them though :p

WTB : Drivers side "teardrop" mirror for '65 Type
I'm trying to hunt down a teardrop shape drivers side rear vision mirror for my '65 notch. The car currently has the later square shape installed so I'd like to replace it with the correct one..
If you have any, or know someone else that has, please let me know.
Appreciate the help.
Cheers

WTB : Squareback pillar hinges for popouts
Hi guys.
Looking for a pair of pillar sections from a squareback that I can use to fit popouts in my car.
I Need the little hinge/tongues that my notch probably doesn't have.
Let me know if you might have something suitable.
Cheers

Forgot to update the thread as per hertz request. Mission accomplished It's kind of bitter sweet but the car has been raised now. I had to use a friends carport as my gravel driveway wasn't helping. The car was also too low to get a proper jack under so we had to use a scissor jack to get things st...
