hi nug, you might be struggling there. the '58 manual only lists shims up to 0.36 and the 1200 parts manual to 0.34mm. (0.38 is available for 1300's but that is of no use to you)

i have a 0.30 if that is of any help.

sorry i haven't posted the tin yet, having a really broke week.

The manual I got says they came up to 0.38 mm. I have found 2 in the spare 36ers we have but am in desperate need on one more... If I have to I'll buy them off the samba but I was hoping for something more local.

No stress about the tin mate... Simon hooked me up with a rear (over flywheel) and deon might have found me a front ;)

:? I Must have just out of wack 0.36mm ones then? If thats the case I should be able to make do...

Sorry about the confusion guys... The book says it can get them up to 0.38, tho It might be referring to 1600's?

Thanks for the offerings and to a few who went and measured what they had

My bad...

That other motor is sitting here waiting for you to just flick the flywheel off.
