I think unless you get lucky, front 54 seats will be your toughest find.

Seriously tempted to buy some late 50's and alter the runners.
Reupholster to look like '54's

Keep getting offered '54 seats that aren't '54 seats.
Heaps of later seats out there that people are obviously mistaking for 1954's.
