Wanted front hood badge or moe.

Has to be for the earlier shape type 3.
Does anyone have one out there?

what's the difference between the early and the late front badge? I may have a spare kicking around. I know I've definitely got a moe, not sure on condition though. I'll check both tomorrow and let you know.

All type 3 badges up to 71 are the same as mid 60's on beetle badges and have a schwarz pinstripe in the outer groove 71 they are smaller and are brushed alloy.

Mo's there are several diffrent types, long or short??

can't find a VW badge but I've got a 'large' moe here, chrome seems alright but it has one bolt broken off in the back of it. Don't know if it will be of any use to you or not, but if so you're welcome to it.

i assume u are referring to the badges... they are the same as all beetles mid 60's on

No, the bonnet chrome moe for early type 3.

Very hard to get the early short moes in Australia. They only came on German imports 62-65, as Australian built cars didn't have these and got the longer ones 66-69.
Best try would be from der fatherland but don't see them come up often.
