South_East Dubs Fest (watercooled show)

hey all

after some positive feedback i have the pleasure to announce a new and hopefully ground breaking show for our watercooled scene!

its a pure watercooled VW show, with a laid back additude
the shows purpose is not about whos car is the cleanest or who has the highest modified vehicle! but about popularity!
this is a chance to show off our filthy winter grime'd-out cars and actually enter the show without doing any hard work washing it! haha

the show will be a peoples choice vote only, where the winner will recieve a tropthy! 2nd and 3rd will also be awarded

as i said, it does not matter what you bring, just as long as its a watercooled dub! well... ok. its pretty much a place to hang out, have a BBQ, drink and catch up with everyone or meet new people and talk dub related!

and i might also think about a "most outstanding wheel" trophy scince no one has done this in an aussie vw show yet! this will also be judged by peoples choice

vote system will be "survivor" style where once votes are all enterd, we will call them out infront of everyone to make it more fun!

everything is BYO BUT they do have BBQ's on site

date will be on saturday 25th of july (1 month from now)
location is sud melburg soccer club carpark (albert park)
arrival time is 4pm till late, yes! A NIGHT SHOW!!

categories are: (voted by the public)

1st, 2nd, 3rd Most Popular Dub

1st Most Unique Dub/Rat

1st Lowest Car (obviously measure by me)

no bull**** burnouts or acting like a doushe during entry, while AND exiting the venue! were better than that because we drive VAG

cool idea for the waterboys.

you should be able to change it yourself, click on the edit button in the top right of your post.

it's a predictive text Dom, makes N.orth into Nord, etc etc, lot's of little tricks.... M.elbourne becomes Melburg......

4 weeks of promoting and nearly 40 cars were in attendance!

hey dom i see you meet my little brother adrian .His car is that sweet schwarz Audi TT 550 130 you should go for a ride with him that thing flies and the little prick can really drive too.blows the doors off everyone in the audi club and most of the porsche drivers and bmw guys who drive their track days ...

no shit! ive seen him before on the western ring geelong way, like last year!, him turning up to the show freaked me out! its a very very beautiful TT, the CH's go nicely
