if the car has an engineer's certificate to say it was all done right, would it be ok to register it then.

Depends NSW and Vic can differ a lot. I'll tell you right now though you'd struggle infact near impossible with that set up to engineer that in Vic.
It can be done but on a aircooled VW a lot of work

Kermit green Cstripe style graphics not too bad not too much glitter I notice that it was West Coast Customs doing it rather than GAS. May be an old repeat. Gas have taken the shit n glitter to a new level lots of bog and shiney paint
