Hey Spike, what dates you going to be here? Not much VW stuff going on up here in the next coupla weeks, but if you are into cars in general
there is always a bit of late model trash, some early bogan shit and some nice exotic stuff around the coast on a Sunday arvo.

I wouldn't mind showing them a bit of early luft kewld action if you wanted to come for a cruise in the pea

All depends if I keep going backwards with it or if I can get it registered

Might be able to convince Leroy to take the 'Iron Hawk' for a trip?
The 'Dirty Ibis' is too ratty and low to take anywhere near the coast unfortunately

Sounds great OMR! There would be nothing else that would complete my trip up to Qld more than a cruise in a vw!! Head up that way on the 23rd and flying out on the 30th. Would you guys have an address for 21st century? Sounds like a must when I'm up there. Thanks guys

Let me just add that the only thing that would top the trip and a ride in a dub, Is a ride in that sweet sweet pea! (Only just saw the thread)

BIG shop at the end of the street...easy as 2 find it the main street in cooly...one st in from the beach... well worth a look heaps of old junk there

Thanks for the invite Al. I shall try my best, heading up there with 2 other non vw fans(mates )but if I can break away from them for a day or so I think it would be best spent doing the vw thing!
