Yep HUGE effort. And Micheal Cronin has the nerve to say we destroy. He will be hearing from me.
Congrats Cam, well deserved.
Guy's Mike Cronins comments were definitely tongue in cheek but poorly delivered on this occasion. Certainly wouldn't hurt to express your feelings. Do it formally guys.

Thanks Dean. I just feel that we have worked for 4 years to try build a strong relationship with the club, and we do a lot to try promote the event. I personaly always speak in very high regard of the club committee and how they work with us positively. The comments may have been tongue in cheek, but they upset me, and I feel showed that a little bit of respect was lacking. Cam Young is a hard working member of the club also, so was a bit innapropriate. In that position I feel it is important to have a firm respect for every model and style of car. I dont want a syncro, but if someone who knows them has judged it the best one on the day, I can respect that.

We resurect cars from the dead and get them back on the road again. Thats not destroying cars. Its beautiful

My sentiments exactly mate, the comments may have been tongue in cheek but there is a time and place and neither of those are when you have a mic in your hand. Not cool.....

Totally agree Josh, Rat Hill and Luft are important parts of the DotVW.
A well worded email is the best approach mate.
