Oh yeah when i left today i bottomed out my right hand beam mount on a manhole cover with a painfully sickening thud ouch 
banged my teeth also and now i will have to grind it off to the bolt head (as i should have done earlier) oh the joys of a type 3 beam
maybe i need some of these

Thanks for the great day out guys, even though I didn't get to bathe my car, it was worth the drive.
