I have a 40hp inlet I'm not using. Might be a little blocked.
Also 2 other 40hp & 1300 motors in need of removal.

OL's onto it... i think the 1300 ones are different though
i looked for a while trying to find one for the 61, i reckon most you will find second hand are blocked through the heat riser tubes. to check them put ya mouth on the end and try and blow through it... in the end i ended up bashing the one i had between a nice lump of steel with a hammer all the way along the manifold
if done gently enough you can bang loose all the corrosion inside and shake out the flakes to unblock them, but it takes a while.
makes a HUGE difference

If its blocked maybe I can drill it out and weld up drill holes after clearing the tubes. Has anyone done this before.

If you got an old clutch cable or steel cable of the like, put that in the chuck of a drill and feed it in the heat riser giving it all you got

the bash theory worked well, but ya need a good piece of steel to rest it on while you hit it... the shockwave going through the tube frees up all the crap then shake it out

nugs drill idea sounds like its worth a go too

Jenny, do you still need a manifold?
Pretty sure I've got one in the shed, and We're moving house in 2 weeks, so I have to start re-settling some of my parts.
I'll go check.

Yep, same part number.
It's yours if you need it.
