WTD - late bay camper or micro bus for the old cheese

Hi all
My old lady is looking to pick up a good late bay, looking to spend $10,000 to $15,000 for one ready to go, must be rust free and rwc for that price,
Happy to look at lesser project style busses as long as they are complete and rust free for up to $5000
