Can you remember who was selling this

At DOVW there was a sweet looking type 4 engine with 130bhp for sale on a stand for bout 6k. Does anyone recall who was selling that? Anyone know anything about it?
my guess is Australian Volkswagen Performance Centre in Croydon/bayswasser or where ever they are these days...?
I wasn't at the show but think this is the one you mean...
