Hi all
I have a callooked jan 1960 KG
Thinking of returning it to stock again.
Can anyone help out with the following:
-chrome window surrounds
-front seats
-front and rear bumpers ( can swap for good late ones...)
-speedo (is this the same as beetle?)
-steering wheel ( is this same as beetle?)
-whatever goes into the small round hole between the clock and speedo(fuel gauge?)
Anyone that can help out with any of these or knows of where to get stuff from
Much appreciated.
Cheers
Steffen
Ps i am in perth but willing to look at shipping options.
Thanks

Use e-go , depot to depot for interstate freight...
Good rates and reliable..
Bumpers from Adelaide to melburg $35..

bumpers are a piece of piss for a ghia ,break up into smaller pieces
seats are the issue

Nearly, but no. The backs are the same, so you could use a beetle one, however...
1960 Ghia ones went up to 90mph and had a weiss needle with a schwarz center disc which had a chrome bezel.
1960 Beetle ones went up to 80mph and had a clear needle (weiss insert) with a silver, pointed, center disc.

wowsers
Hmmmm I heard that early non lowlights had a few different parts on them
very suttle differneces...
some different chrome trim on the doors as well?
anyway in case someone has the correct one for me i am happy to take it of your hands in the meantime my chances might be higher to get just any odd speedo in there to get rid of this ugly porsche stuff thats in there.....
(or whatever it is

Easier to freight if you separate backrest from the base and lay it on top of base...
A picture would help here..

Righto
Ghia is stripped and half repaired.
Found out door (driver) and bootlid are not so good anymore.
Anyone got some of these they want to offload.
Alternativly can you get full lower replacememt sections or will they need to be fabed
Cheers
