Seat belts. Don't know what they're out of

I'd like a pair of these, I think they're hard to find, & I'm not sure what they go to. I've heard they're shoulder belts, heard they were in euro bugs, & also in old busses. If you have them or know where to get a set, please let a brotha know. I live in the us, so if I buy em, please be willing to ship, & I have PayPal so getting your money from me isn't a problem.
