Melburg Luft

I'm after a few small bits for a friend doing some project thingy for her kids.
After a steering wheel or 2.
A pair or possibly 2 pair of head lights. Lenses and rims would be all I'd need.
2 rear view mirrors.
2 shifters.
Any help is always appreciated.
Price. Cheaper the better and free is even more amazing.
