Got a mate looking for the drivers side seat runners /rails for his early type 3 square....anyone got anything ?

As in the runners on the floor??
I could cut them off this donor late Fasty here?

If you mean the plastic runner guide rails, used are almost always chewed up, but ISP West sell them new for $10 each. ( usually can re-use the guide pins that hold them in place)
