Picked up this V8 Touareg a couple of weeks ago........
Still got a few things to sort out before getting it in for a RWC, but so far things are looking good. Amazing to drive, oodles of grunt.
Nice to have the driveway one marque again.......
Once it's on the road, might bolt up the 22's that are sitting here and get the stance sorted

No,
Specs say similar consumption to our fal
con 6?
Time will tell, was really looking for a 7 seater, so this might just be a quick fix up and flip

Did you end up getting an OBD2 scanner and sort the misfire out?
I'll get mine back in a couple of weeks if not
Like I was saying about O2 sensors could be thrown out by the aftermarket exhaust, apparently Cats are a fairly common problem on these.
Which would be picked up by O2s throwing the fault
I'm scared my fibreglass addiction is becoming a real problem

My scanner arrived yesterday, I haven't tried it yet.
The misfire is sorted, must have just been that shitty batch of fuel, I've put another 100odd kms on it since and it's running sweet.
Got the central locking and central control panel/reversing camera all sorted last week. but been too busy at work this week to look at it again.

Worth scanning the car to clear all the error codes stored in the ECU.
I do like them lifted with muddies.
My mate Alex had some fun in his:

Have had no free time in the last few months, but finally got the last few jobs done and got the Touareg in for a RWC & registered yesterday.......
Looking forward to using it, but haven't seen it since handing the keys to Michelle, she loves it!

Well it's been 2 months of happy motoring, I can't believe how nice this car is to drive, so comfortable with more power and torque than we'll ever need.
And just for Tonz's benifit,we're averaging just on 15lt/100. Better than my old man's Prado.......
