there is one sitting on a container at classic veedub in sydney
dont know anything about it other than its a 6v model maybe LHD
has been for sale for a while give George a call

That was the one I was referring to in your 'other other' thread.
Even if it needs a lot of work, its easier to see what you need up front rather than waiting 10 weeks to find out

i'd be just as concerned that is has all the vert specific parts
to locate and ship can run into big $$$

I've walked past George's KG many times. I'm trying to think of any information about it that could be helpful to you but I'm coming up blank

I looked into this car at one stage and from memory its missing the back seat and window.
Has a fair bit of rust, but can be fixed. The dash thats comes with it for a RHD conversion was bin material.

if its the green one , I drove up to look at it a long time ago (maybe 2004),
he had a blau one at time too, was bit later (60's).
I drove back with an empty trailer. was 9k at that time, & came with new roof, new pans.
I was concerned about rust in sills where you cant see as they have extra bits on floor and it was a lot of money for us to spend at the time.
roof wasnt offering much protection, for memory it had damage to front floor.
I have a video of it somewhere..
good luck with it , would be great to see it get restored.

George has 2 of them pre 60's verts, both need alot of work
