Try Understated (Geoff) on DSK makes them if you provide two sets of cores, and Wagenswest does them with a 10mm track increase per side for about $450 landed here.

Haha cheers thanks Ben, nah havnt spoken to him in a few days ive been busy at work (shocking habit i know) and sorting out this whole kombi lowering situation but he is very happy witht the pans so thanks heaps for that.
I have been doing some research and found some people in the UK that make unwelded drop spindles (hopefully easier to pass rego) but they are 3.5" and im not sure if that would be to low, that and there around $1000 shipped so im not sure if i should go the cheaper welded ones. Has anyone had any issues with welded spindles and rego? i am keen to get some soon as im getting a beam adjuster put in and back tunded down in a few weeks and spindles would top it off.

The 3.5" spindles are run above the trailing arms and look pretty dodgy and would easily be noticed by any inspector- I doubt they will pass rego any more easily than the WW welded ones. The WW spindles would be much less conspicuous than these IMO.
They are much more expensive because they need to give you the arms as well because the ball joint is run upside down.
The extra inch of drop that these provide is redundant anyway with beam clearance being the limiting factor with ball joint.
With 2.5"s and adjusters with low profile tyres you will almost be able to sit the beam on the ground, and that is the biggest factor with lowering balljoint, the beam dimensions (being taller) and clearance to the ground.

how low do you want to go ? too low and some tubbing will be needed and as dirk said the beam in a bay will be veeerrry close to the ground unless you chop off the bottom pressing which will give you some more clearance and running a stock width beam may give you some rubbing issues depending on rims/tyres. easiest well sort off is to run king and link beam narrowed (off course) and flip spindles and run brazilian bay stubs which are king and link with bay disc and caliper provisions ..happy scrubbing .
will get pic of my71 dc with stock beam WW spindles and adjusters in day light if you want and 62 split with 4 inch balljoint beam with WW spindles and adjusters cause i can
