Will try to update this thread a little more often!
All good Jase, just a smidge under $2K including installation - obviously includes the canvas but not headliner (or wiring which I assume we'll run the necessary fused feed and earth up to the control unit). I just googled Webasto sunroofs and then tracked down a local installer. Just a note though, the side to side curve of the sunroof frame is limited so wouldn't work on a splitty or beetle, the bay roof just conforms enough once the hole is cut. Anything with less curve like a squareback etc would have no dramas. That is if you can bear the abuse for cutting a hole in the roofJase wrote:Rude question, PM if you like. Dino, we used to use a place on the nord end of the gold coast but they have since shut down (had a couple sets of Fuchs narrowed previously). Using a different place this time (Dr Wheels) also on the goldy:PASHN8 wrote:Looks ace! Will be very slick once done
Who do you use for wheel narrowing Al? Do they narrow low pressure cast like an Escra?
