1968 Beetle Rear Seat/Luggage Retaining Strap Hook End

I know this is a very long shot, but I am after the hook end that goes on the seat/luggage retaining strap per the photo. I believe they were on Beetles from 1965 to early 70's but unsure. I have the rest of the parts, just after the end hook that has a weiss plastic roller on it. New ones are available but don't have the roller.

Ended up making my own. Bit rough but will do the job
