Lawns Bowls Afternoon 29th June - Pics now up
Lawn Bowls is on 29th June at 3pm at the Kingswood Sports Club.
Meet at Monster Garage at 2.30pm for a short cruise there, else meet at the M4 Maccas Westbound at 2pm.
We bowl at 3pm, cost is $5 per head. Our $5 covers the bowls coach to show us the rules and make sure we don't damage the greens. Also bring flat rubber sole shoes to wear on the greens - no heals.
Dinner will be in the Bistro of the Kingswood Sports Club afterwards.
So bring your whole family along for a fun afternoon.
PM or email for further details.

Here's a few pics from today. 8 cars all up which was a good turnout. Nice little cruise there including Dean's waking up of the Penrith locals in the plaza. The lawn bowls was great - top location with the nice afternoon sun to warm us up, and then a great feed inside after. I think everyone took home a meat tray afterwards except us! Looks like everyone had a top time, and great that everyone bought their kids along too.
Meeting up at Monster Garage

Nice to meet Dr Karl. Nice old fella driving this one - showed everyone his lawn bowls skills

Waiting for No Show

I'm sure there'll be a bit more on Dr Karl over the next few weeks

Getting the rundown from Dr Karl. Dr Karl showed us a few tricks, but we were more impressed with his slammed 58 rat.
