Probably useless info,but a guy here in SA had some on a matt b lack oval that was on ebay a month or so ago.
I remember someone asked him where he got them(was probably you asking Jase) Pretty sure he replied the US was the only place he could buy them

They are Kochs, as said above.

You can easily get them in UK, Europe or the US. Dunno about here though

Coolair are a pretty big aftermarket company in the Uk. I've bought stuff from them but only form shows so couldn't say how good their mail order is

Yeah I know of heaps of places to get from OS mate but need them in like 2-3 weeks so maybe a bit tight
