Volksclub Bendigo cruise, pics.......

Couple of months ago we were asked by the Shepparton Club if we could organise a cruise and tour to see the Robb "Mostly Original" collection. So we organised for today, only none of the Shep club turned up. Apparently they were all too busy

Not to worry we had an awesome day just kickin around doin a bit of BBQ and all getting very jealous at Robbs stash

Martin's '71 standard, Full NZ import, 3.5in narrowed beam, dropped spindles.....

And just some of Robb's colection, he had 21 cars on hand today, but there's still about another 10 at the other place.

'72 Super Cabrio and '61 Ghia....

'62 Splitty.......

'64 standard.....

Early '60, damn I love this car. I've been given first option should he ever come to sell....

'54 oval, damn nice car, with a few choice accessories too....

'64 Hot Rod (his words) flash, rag top........

And a '68 steel sliding sunroof....

Robbie's got a great collection, and it still makes me laugh when I think of his reaction to us when we asked him to open that last door.

"Don't worry about that one, it's only some one owner 60's beetle"

And he was dead serious.

Hey Rhett, your Dad took me to see robbie in about 2000, at his old place, has he slimmed down his collection? or are those just a few of his motors.
He's a top fella, always stops at the shows and has a chat.
