House available on Sunny Coast

Just thought I'd post this up and see if it helps anyone out.

I'm out of the country for another 3 months and have just had my tenants move out of my property in Bli Bli on the Sunny Coast in Queensland.

The house is now empty (unfurnished) and available for the next 3 months until I arrive back at the end of November.

It's a high set 2 bedroom house with off street parking and large garden.
Rather than holiday letting I would prefer to rent to someone for several months so would suit someone with work in the area.

The option to stay on as a house mate after I return would also be feasible- but it will become a hot spot of VW activity on my return. You have been warned!

Hey Stu,
Great to see you on here buddy. Bob and i will spread the word. I think a pre requesite for a tenant should be "must drive and appreciate Volkswagens"

When I get back I'll be pushing on with the Single Cab restoration so another pair of hands to cut out the rust would be a bonus

Looking forward to catching up with you and Bob at one show or another when I get back.
