Wanted 36hp long block cheap or free

I just pulled down the engine in my bug.
Been overheating and leaking oil.
It looks like 2 push rod guide plates went postal and shot chunks out of the piston skirts.
I have all the tin ware gen carb etc, the heads look like they have been replaced recently so they can be used again.
So what I need is a long block or even an engine with a burnt out valve.
Doesn't need to be flash, just better than this one

I need to keep this bug on the road
With a baby less than a week away, I don't have a lot of spare cash.
Any help would be very appreciated.

Are your bores ok? what size pistons do you need? I have new pistons.

2 bores are unscathed and would come up ok with a hone 2 are toast.
the cam lobes are f&*ked and so are the followers (2 guide plates let go and caused this mess).
it also has massive end float, at least a millimetre closer to 2.
I really don't know how it was still going...
