Are you saying he's full of S**T Rhett?
Sorry we couldn't make it guys, in the middle of kitchen Reno's and didn't get everything done we needed to on the Saturday. Looks like you had a good time, nothing like the smell of a BBQ to bring the seagulls in.
Dude, i have 2 Slammin' road registered Splitty's sitting in my driveway. Between those babies and reno's on the house, the fat friend only gets loving when all else is lost... you know how it is!

For those that did make it, thanks for making it a great event
Got to see some great progress on Al's current projects
MMMMmmm '54 ... or is it '55? (sorry couldn't help myself simon)
This would have to be one of the most BAD ASS busses of all time ....
Here are some comparison shots to show you just how low this thing really is ... STATIC - big man shit
Even makes Patty look tall ...
Quickest resto of all time .... nothing gaffa and napkins can't fix hey boys ...
Everyone thought I was playing a joke when I asked if anyone could smell petrol ... turns out I wasn't joking!
Big thanks to Al for the lend of his equipment
Bit of PC for the DC ... Just in case you were wondering how it will look Josh
Coolest shop truck of all time, hey Rhett
Smoooth as glass
This will be one to look out for ... loooove the colour combo
MASSIVE thanks to Al for hosting this one, will be hard to match with little old HQ
Happy to help out mate, will be good down the track for everyone to get their hands dirty and maybe spin a few spanners, make some dust or have a crack at spraying something.
Nothing wrong with HQ - its got 'patina' and character which go a long way!
Only downside is I'm still a little worried about venturing past the bushes in case I step in a "Leroy Number 2 Special" hiding somewhere....
Haha....this was physically as high as we could fit the muffler up into the body when we did Ben's exhaust. Bus is super cool - I'm stoked I had a hand in getting my old bus rolling and seeing it go to such a good home to someone who did it proud (low and ratty!).
Some good pics there Dibba. Was nice to put some faces to names, and a big thanks to Al for putting on the great spread and opening your shop. Love your work, especially the attention to detail.
Thanks for the ride in the pea. It rides as good as it looks
